In search of my father

I'm searching for my father. His name is Savitskiy Leontiy Leontievich, he was born in july of 1954.
2 years ago has moved from Estonia to Belarus (Pinskiy Raion). He also re-married and have a son (Artiom, 14 y.o.).
I'll be very thanksful for any information.
