Train to Baranovichi from Warsaw

I'm flying to Warsaw in a few weeks to visit some friends in Baranovichi. Can anyone tell me about getting there from Warsaw via train? Is there just one train I need to take or several? I found a Polish website that had some information but I can not read Polish. Can anyone help me with some of these and other questions? I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks-Byron
